Jayam Holiday Home and Guest House is the vision from a reputed banker's family background. Recognizing the acute shortage of affordable, hygienic, and comfortable holiday homes and function halls in Hyderabad, she founded this hospitality venture with dedication and care.

Located in the serene Yellareddy Colony, Road No.6, near Bommalagudi Temple, Hayathnagar, our property offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you well-connected to major attractions like Ramoji Film City, Wonderla, Statue of Equality, and the airport.

House Rules & Policies

Please read before you book

No Refund on Cancellation

No refund will be allowed for cancellation of Rooms or AC hall or both bookings after payment and booking confirmation received.

Valid ID Proof Mandatory

All Adult Guests guests entering in Rooms should submit Booking confirmation receipt and also submit all their Adhar Cards preferably or any other Valid IDs with address proof (soft or hard copy) and enter details in our Room Register mandatorily. If Adhar card/valid ID proof with Address is not submitted,those persons will not be allowed to enter in Rooms.

Occupancy Limit

2 adults (Maximum) allowed in 1 Room. For two Children of upto 5 years age, free stay allowed with their parents(Age proof to submit of children).

Check-in / Check-out

Rooms: Check-in 7:30 AM, Check-out next day 6:30 AM.
AC Hall Day Timings : 7.30 AM to 6.30 PM (same day) or AC Hall night Timings: 8 PM to 6.30 AM (next day)
